Balalaika teacher from Yekaterinburg was accused of attempted murder of children

In Yekaterinburg, 33-year-old Artem Vaganov, a balalaika teacher, was charged with attempted murder of children. This was announced on November 21 in the press service of the courts of the Sverdlovsk region.

"The Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg has received an investigator's request to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention for A.S. Vaganov," the press service wrote on its Telegram channel.

He is previously charged under paragraph 3 of Article 30, paragraph a of Part 2 of Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Attempted murder of minors").

The hearing on the election of a preventive measure for Vaganov will be held on November 21.
