A night attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was reflected in two districts of the Rostov region — Sholokhovsky and Chertkovsky — as a result of the incident, no one was injured, but residents of more than 200 houses were left without power due to damage to a power line pole. This was announced on the morning of November 21 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.

"An unmanned attack was repelled at night in the Chertkovsky and Sholokhovsky districts of the Rostov region. None of the people were injured. In the Chertkovsky district, a power transmission pole near the Nagibin farm was damaged around midnight, as a result, more than 200 houses were de—energized," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.

Slyusar clarified that the fire recorded at the scene of the incident, the area of which was 4 square meters. The fire was quickly extinguished, and by morning, specialists were able to restore the power supply.

On Wednesday, November 19, Slyusar reported on the repulse of an attack by UAVs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Kamensky district of the Rostov region. He stated that there were no casualties as a result of the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack, and also added that the consequences on the ground were being clarified.
