During the debate, the prosecution asked Ignat Kuzin, who was recruited by the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) and staged an explosion in Balashikha, Moscow region, to be sentenced to life imprisonment. This was announced on November 20 by a source familiar with the case.

"The prosecution, in the debate between the parties, asked to sentence Kuzin to life imprisonment," the source told RIA Novosti.
