Russia's Permanent Representative to the United Nations (UN) Vasily Nebenzia said on November 20 that the situation of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) at the front remains difficult, if not catastrophic.

He stressed that the Ukrainian units are suffering significant losses and are rapidly losing their combat capability.
