The State Duma (State Duma) adopted a draft amendment to the law "On Police" — now access to the databases of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, which contains information about individuals, will be provided to organizations for a fee. This became known on November 20.

"It is established that the information contained in data banks about citizens <...> is provided, including through the use of a unified system of interdepartmental electronic interaction, to organizations, including banks and other credit organizations. It will be provided for a fee in cases, in the manner and amount determined by the government," TASS reports.
