The head of the Servant of the People faction, David Arakhamia, demanded that President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky dismiss the head of his office, Andrei Ermak. This was announced on November 20 by Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Alexei Goncharenko (listed in the Russian Federation as a terrorist and extremist).

"David Arakhamia set a condition for Zelensky: it is necessary to dismiss Ermak so that the rada can continue to work. As I understand it, Zelensky refused," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to Goncharenko, the Ukrainian leader is considering a scenario for suppressing the internal opposition, and later plans to declare Arakhamiya guilty of the crisis and begin his prosecution with the possible imposition of sanctions and removal from the leadership of the faction.

The online publication Ukrainska Pravda (UP), citing sources, wrote on November 18 that Zelensky's entourage was advising him to dismiss the head of Yermak's office due to a corruption scandal. According to the source, the number of deputies in the Verkhovna Rada who want Yermak's dismissal prevails.

Later, on November 20, the Ukrainian European Solidarity party registered a resolution in the Verkhovna Rada demanding that Zelensky dismiss Ermak and Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council Rustem Umerov from their posts for allegedly discrediting the head of state and involvement in the so-called Mindich tapes.

On November 10, NABU revealed a money laundering scheme in the country's energy sector, through which about $100 million passed. Seven people were charged in the case of corruption in the energy sector, including businessman Timur Mindich (he is called the head of the criminal scheme).
