A draft law aimed at preventing bullying among children and youth has been sent to the Russian government. This was announced on November 20 by Artem Metelev, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Youth Policy.

"The bill has been sent to the government of the Russian Federation. This is a comprehensive initiative that we have been working on for two years to propose preventive measures rather than punishment," he said in an interview with TASS.

According to Metelev, in this way, the deputies plan to create a culture of mutual respect among young people in the country, in which there is no humiliation of the honor and dignity of the individual.
