Actor Vladimir Kolganov was arrested in St. Petersburg, accused of producing and distributing pornographic materials involving minors. This was announced on November 20 by the joint press service of the city courts.

"The Smolninsky District Court of St. Petersburg has issued a decision on the election of a preventive measure in the form of detention in respect of Vladimir Kolganov," the Telegram channel says.

It is specified that the actor did not admit guilt. He also asked the court to choose a more lenient measure of restraint for him. Kolganov became famous for his roles in the TV series "Street of Broken Lanterns", "Sea Devils" and "Killer Force".

On the same day, it was reported that several suspects in the manufacture and distribution of pornographic materials involving young children were detained in St. Petersburg. The police seized their mobile communication devices, information carriers containing metadata and confirming the placement of pornography. Among the detainees was actor Kolganov.
