The company "DOM.Russia has successfully completed the placement of shares in the IPO in the amount of 31.7 billion rubles, the company's press service reports.
"The volume of the offer to institutional and retail investors during the placement amounted to 25 billion rubles," the document says.
In addition, an additional 2 billion rubles were allocated as part of the IPO to ensure a stabilization mechanism. To implement the long-term employee motivation program, the group acquired shares worth RUB 4 billion. Also, more than 700 million rubles were invested in shares by the company's employees at their own expense.
Earlier in the day, it was reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting with CEO of DOM.RF Vitaly Mutko, the main topic of which was preparations for the company's IPO. Mutko noted that the main direction of the company will remain the same — support for citizens and the development of the housing sector.
