Negotiations between the United States and Belarus are expected in December this year. This was announced on November 20 by the President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko.

According to the Belarusian leader, the end of 2025 will be quite "difficult and difficult."

"Most likely, we will have talks with our American partners in December, at least we are focusing on this," the Pool One Telegram channel quotes him as saying.

On October 14, Lukashenko said that Minsk was ready to conclude a big deal with Washington if the interests of the republic were taken into account, on which, in his opinion, the resumption of relations with the United States should be based. On November 4, the Office of Foreign Assets Control of the U.S. Treasury Department officially lifted sanctions against the Belarusian airline Belavia.
