A storm warning has been issued in Buryatia due to increased winds and icy conditions. Unfavorable conditions are expected from November 21 to November 23.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the wind speed will reach 15-18 m/s. Snow rolls and drifts form on the roads. Icy conditions are possible in some places, writes IA UlanMedia.

A storm warning is in effect in the northern regions of the republic. Locals and tourists are asked to refrain from visiting reservoirs and entering tourist routes. It is recommended to avoid billboards and rickety structures on the streets.

In the Magadan region, an emergency warning was announced in connection with an abnormal cold snap in the Olsky district. The temperature will be below the climatic norm by 7 degrees or more.
