The decisions of the Nuremberg Tribunal remain relevant, since there are "metastases" of neo-Nazism in Ukraine and in Europe. This was announced on November 20 by Sergei Naryshkin, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, at the forum "Without a statute of limitations: Nuremberg. 80 years".

"Unfortunately, the threat of neo-Nazism is still relevant. Today we can clearly see its dangerous metastases in Ukraine and in a number of European countries," he said.

He also noted that one of the most important directions of Russia's state policy is the resolute struggle against manifestations of fascism and Nazism.

On November 20, the anniversary of the Nuremberg Trials, the Russian Defense Ministry pointed to the West's struggle with the historical truth about the Great Patriotic War (WWII), which began 80 years ago. It was clarified that the Soviet delegation had recorded within the framework of the tribunal the possible transition of the process from the trial of the Nazis to the site for the revision of history.

In turn, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, said that the Nuremberg trials gave people hope for the future. According to her, this process has shown that Nazism, fascism and militarism will not prevail in the world.
