The Prosecutor's office of the Krasnodar Territory has organized an investigation into publications about the poisoning of school students with an unknown gas in the regional center. This was reported on November 20 in the press service of the department.

It was previously established that three schoolchildren felt unwell during lessons, and they went to a medical facility with signs of poisoning. Currently, nothing threatens the life and health of children.

"Employees of the prosecutor's office of the Prikubansky administrative district of Krasnodar, together with the control authorities, visited an educational organization in order to take air samples," the Telegram channel of the regional prosecutor's office said.

According to the investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Krasnodar Territory, the teacher responded to the complaints only after the condition of one of the students worsened. A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 293 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (negligence).

On November 11, five schoolchildren were hospitalized with poisoning after taking medications in the Ramenka district in western Moscow. The injured were taken to a medical facility in a moderate condition. As Olga Dmitrieva, the director of school No. 1448, pointed out, the homeroom teacher noticed a strange condition in five 10th grade students, took them out of the office and called an ambulance. Presumably, the teenagers used a prescription drug.
