A decrease in the number of taxi accidents was recorded in Moscow

In the first 10 months of 2025, 1,392 accidents involving taxi cars occurred on the capital's roads, which is 7.3% less than in the same period last year. The Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate announced this in its Telegram channel on November 20.

In such accidents in January-October, 33 people died and 1,626 were injured in various degrees of severity. The number of dead and injured decreased by 32.7% and 6.2%, respectively.

"The Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate will continue to monitor the safe participation of representatives of taxi service aggregators in traffic," the department noted.

The day before, it was reported that the number of accidents on Moscow's roads in the first 10 months of this year decreased by 10% compared to the same period last year. The number of people killed in them decreased by 20.2%, and the number of injured — by 9.2%.
