The State Duma (DG) has announced that there are no plans to raise the retirement age. This was announced on November 19 by Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin at a plenary session.
"The whole country has been discussing raising the retirement age, but no one is raising it. No one is going to raise the retirement age. It's more about the benefits of continuing to work. But they took it, paraphrased it," Duma TV quoted him as saying.
