In the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Norilsk–Kayerkan–Alykel highway was closed to all types of transport. The reason is a heavy snowstorm. Wind gusts reach 30 m/s.

KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, with reference to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, writes that the restrictions will remain in effect until weather conditions improve. Traffic police inspectors are still on duty.

Earlier, Alexander Shuvalov, head of the Meteo forecasting center, warned that within one or two days sharp fluctuations in temperature and pressure would be recorded in the capital, in addition, heavy precipitation would also be observed there. According to him, Moscow and its region will be covered by the North Italian cyclone, which will intensify as it progresses.
