An explosion of a gas-air mixture occurred in Alekseevka, Belgorod region, and there are victims. This was announced on November 19 in the main directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations in the region.

"In the city of Alekseevka on Mayakovsky Street, Gorenje, an explosion of a gas—air mixture occurred without subsequent combustion," the department wrote on its Telegram channel.
