The regional Committee for Civil Protection warned that the ice is still forming for a long time and unevenly. Residents should be careful not to go out on thin ice.

The navigation period for small vessels ended on November 5. It is forbidden to go out in the water area by boats and speedboats. In Khabarovsk, warning signs are installed on the shores of reservoirs where the ice cover is formed with the inscription "Crossing (moving) on ice is prohibited."
