Alexandra, a virtual assistant at Moscow Transport, has answered more than 17 million passenger questions over the past five years. On a working day, the bot assistant processes over 24,000 requests, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in the MAX messenger.

"Over the past five years, the digital assistant has become an indispensable passenger assistant and a unique service for global transport," Sobyanin stressed. He noted that by 2030, the bot will process about 30-40 thousand requests per day.

The assistant is available in applications, on websites and in social networks of Moscow transport. You can access the avatar of the bot at the interactive stands of the digital stations "Maryina Roscha" BKL and in terminal No. 1 of the Nizhny Novgorod city railway station. The assistant answers questions about the operation of Moscow's public transport, suburban electric trains, parking lots, taxis, carsharing, and car evacuation systems. It takes less than two seconds to prepare a response.

Sobyanin recalled that starting this year, with the help of an assistant, you can check the status of the Troika card and set a route. Passengers have already used these features more than 25 thousand times.

This year, artificial intelligence was introduced into the assistant's work. This is the country's first digital transport assistant that uses two large language models at once, said the mayor of the capital. "Thanks to AI, she better understands the meaning of questions and remembers their context, can keep up a conversation, and gives more accurate answers," Sobyanin explained.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
