The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked an energy substation in the Borovskoye microdistrict of the Kursk region. This was announced on November 19 by the governor of the region, Alexander Khinstein.

"This afternoon, the enemy attacked a substation in the Borovskoye microdistrict in the city of Rylsk," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
