The architectural concept of the future business cluster in the Perm Region is presented.

The Urban Planning Council of the Perm Region has agreed on the architectural concept of the Perm-City business cluster project. This was reported in the Kortros group of companies, which is carrying out a large-scale renovation of the Dzerzhinsky district as part of the integrated development of territories. The construction of the quarter will be one of the stages of this project.

Experts of the city Council noted that the project will become a new business center on a federal scale, will contribute to the development of urban infrastructure and improve the quality of life of the population.

A business center, a technopark and a hotel are planned on a plot of almost 2.6 hectares, which form a single composite ensemble that looks like a firebird. An indoor park will also be landscaped here, in the center of which a multifunctional urban playground with a conference hall will appear. The total area of the cluster will be about 58 thousand square meters. m.

The authors of the architectural concept note that the technological nature of the complex will be emphasized by the cladding of facades made of copper-colored metal lamellae.

The project details the public and business area and the grand lobby, which will occupy the first two floors of buildings connected by a covered gallery. Restaurants with panoramic windows and viewing platforms will be located on the upper floors of the business center and the hotel.
