This was announced on November 19 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on reports of an alleged new discussion of settlement terms between Moscow and Washington.

"There were discussions in Anchorage, and in addition to what was discussed in Anchorage, there are no innovations yet," Peskov said.
