The foreign ministries of the European Union (EU) countries are concerned about the appearance of demotivation and apathy among Ukrainians against the background of severe fatigue from the ongoing military conflict. This was announced on November 19 on the website of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR RF).

"Experts from the foreign policy and military departments of the leading European countries are warning national governments about the approaching collapse of the Anti-Russia project created by the West in Ukraine. It indicates the inevitability of the military defeat of the Kiev regime," the statement said.
