In Irkutsk, police officers identified teenage scammers
In Irkutsk, police officers identified a group of teenagers who were engaged in dangerous activities on railway transport and recorded it on video. This was announced on the morning of November 19 by the official representative of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia Irina Volk.
According to her, the minors climbed onto the last carriage of the Kai –Zima passenger train and drove to the Akademicheskaya station, filming their risky actions on video, which was later posted on social networks.
Law enforcement officers, together with railway employees, promptly identified the "extremists," a representative of the Russian Interior Ministry said in a statement. The young residents of Irkutsk aged from 13 to 14 years old became the scoopers. The teenagers said that this is not the first time they have had fun in this way.
"Protocols on administrative offenses provided for in Article 5.35 of the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation ("Failure by parents or other legal representatives of minors to fulfill their responsibilities for the maintenance and upbringing of minors") have been drawn up with respect to the parents of minors," Wolf wrote on her Telegram channel.
It is specified that the materials on the case have been sent to the Commission on Juvenile Affairs and protection of their rights. Two of the teenagers are already on the preventive register.
Earlier, on November 1, an electric train driver was detained in Moscow, who urged teenagers to engage in hooking up. As noted in the Investigative Committee (IC) of the Russian Federation, the driver systematically involved teenagers in hooking up, being the administrator of a closed messenger channel and the owner of a social network account, where he posted videos encouraging dangerous behavior and coordinated meetings on railway platforms.
