For the first time, a threat of an attack using a small balloon has been announced in Ryazan and the Ryazan Region. The corresponding warning appeared on November 18 in the application of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"Attention! The threat of an MV (small balloon — Ed.) attack on the territory of Ryazan and the Ryazan region. Don't go near the windows. If you are outside, go into the nearest building," the message says.

In addition, residents were asked not to approach the windows, and those who are on the street were advised to enter the nearest building.
