A regional emergency (emergency) regime has been introduced in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) due to damage to a thermal power plant as a result of attacks by the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). The corresponding decree appeared on November 18 on the website of the head of the DPR Denis Pushilin.
"To recognize the situation on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic <... in an emergency situation," the decree says.
