Realtors have proposed to introduce a mandatory psychological and psychiatric examination for real estate sellers before signing a purchase agreement. This was announced on November 18 by the Guild of Realtors of Moscow.

They explained that there is no tool yet to uniquely identify the seller under the influence of fraudsters.

"At the same time, making a deal with such a seller currently in almost all cases leads to the recognition of the transaction as invalid," RIA Novosti cites the text of the message.
