Russia makes a significant contribution to maintaining stability in global energy markets. This was stated on November 18 by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with the heads of delegations of the Council of Heads of Government of the SCO member states.

He noted that Russia is doing everything to stabilize the energy markets, despite attempts from outside to influence supply chains.
