The Meshchansky District Court of Moscow banned websites where anyone could hire nominee directors for companies. This is stated in the case file, which was reviewed by Izvestia on November 18.

The resources offered the services of front persons who promised to fictitiously take the position of head.

The court noted that the proposals were placed in the interests of legal entities engaged in illegal activities. In addition, we may be talking about formal document management aimed at tax evasion and reducing the tax base for non-existent transactions.

It clarifies that the dissemination of such information threatens criminal liability.

On October 23, the Izmailovsky District Court of Moscow blocked websites that offered temporary registration services. The court clarified that fictitious registration at the place of residence is a criminal offense. This applies to both the registration of foreigners and citizens of the Russian Federation.
