How has the political and social structure of Bosnia and Herzegovina changed in three decades? How stable was the model fixed in the Dayton documents? Has interethnic and interfaith peace been achieved? What role do international organizations and external actors, such as the European Union, the United States, and Russia, play in maintaining stability?
