The total combat losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) since February 2022 amounted to almost 1.5 million soldiers killed and wounded. This was reported by TASS on November 18.

According to the agency, citing data from the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Defense, by the beginning of 2025, the number of losses of the Ukrainian army exceeded 1 million people.

It is noted that in 2025, Kiev lost over 450 thousand more military personnel.
