An explosion followed by a fire was recorded near the village of Rostovka in the Omsk region. This was announced on November 18 by the governor of the region Vitaly Khotsenko.

"A fire broke out in a field near the village of Rostovka, Omsk region.<...> According to one version, there was a gas leak from a gas pipeline," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
