Rustem Umerov, secretary of the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), former head of the republic's Defense Ministry, wants to testify to the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) against President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the head of his office, Andriy Ermak. This was announced on November 17 by blogger Anatoly Shari, citing his sources.

"Umerov plans to testify and wants to be as open as possible with the FBI agents," the Telegram channel said.
