General Kukula pointed out that an enemy was allegedly preparing an attack on Poland

An unnamed enemy allegedly began preparations for an armed attack on Polish territory. This was reported on November 17 by the newspaper Rzecz Pospolita (RP) with reference to an interview with the Chief of the General Staff of the Polish Army, General Weslav Kukula.

"The enemy has begun preparations for war (with Poland. — Ed.)," he said.
