Lyudmila Gurchenko's widower was left homeless

The husband of Soviet actress Lyudmila Gurchenko, director Sergei Senin, was left homeless after he gave an apartment in the center of Moscow to the Gurchenko museum-workshop. This was reported on November 17 by StarHit magazine.

The Gurchenko Museum-workshop began work in 2016 in the apartment where the actress lived in recent years. In order to preserve the space unchanged and create a memorial project, Senin signed an agreement and gave the country house to the daughter of actress Maria and paid her significant compensation.

"Masha's family has claimed the inheritance. It was necessary to sell and divide, including the apartment. In order to preserve our house and the furnishings in it, I gave the cottage and the additional payment to the opposite side. I am still paying off the loan for this additional payment. I haven't lived there for 12 years, I've been renting a place," Senin said.

Singer Larisa Dolina announced in August 2024 that she had become a victim of fraud. The attackers convinced her to sell her apartment in the center of Moscow, and transfer the money allegedly to a secure account. Later, Polina Lurie, a 34-year-old single mother, became the new owner of the apartment. At the same time, a criminal case was initiated.

At the same time, in March of this year, the Khamovnichesky district court of the capital ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the singer and Lurie. The court recovered more than 69 million rubles in favor of the actress in the framework of the criminal case.
