It is specified that the incident occurred on the morning of November 17 in the Krasnoselsky district of St. Petersburg. A little girl fell into one of the canals of St. Petersburg, but a passing girl helped the child out.

The published footage shows how two men help the girl out of the water, after which she approaches the child and adjusts the girl's clothes.
