The festival "Sistema Fest" in Novosibirsk gathered 2.5 thousand participants.

The Sistema Fest festival was held in Novosibirsk, aimed at developing the region's human and scientific potential. The organizers were MTS and the Sistema Charitable Foundation with the support of the regional government.

The event brought together more than 2.5 thousand students, young scientists and IT specialists from Western Siberia. They took part in a series of more than 30 career guidance, educational and socio-cultural events.

As part of the festival, the MTS True Tech Day conference "The World of IT from the Inside" was held in Novosibirsk, where the topic of introducing artificial intelligence into business processes of enterprises and personnel training was discussed. The conference was attended by more than 400 future and current IT specialists, representatives of the scientific community and regional authorities.

"MTS True Tech Day is a unifying event of the autumn for the Novosibirsk IT community. The topic of the conference is particularly relevant: in recent years, AI technologies have become one of the key areas in the industry, and the demand for specialists in this field has grown significantly," said Alexey Pakhomov, director of the MTS branch in the Novosibirsk Region.

According to him, leading experts were invited to Novosibirsk to organize a high-quality discussion and exchange of experience for professionals, as well as to give novice specialists valuable knowledge to start a career.

The experts shared their practical experience in implementing AI solutions and described which specialists the market will need in the near future.

The festival also included a series of open career guidance meetings "System Opportunities" for students of schools, colleges and universities in Novosibirsk with employers and a presentation of competitive projects by MTS and the Sistema Foundation for young scientists. The final event was the two-day open hackathon "Hack System: Novosibirsk", which was attended by more than 300 people. As a result, six winners were identified, who shared the prize fund of 750 thousand rubles.
