After the reconstruction, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin opened two medical buildings of the Morozovskaya hospital — No. 15 and No. 16. One of them houses an early-care center for premature babies and low-weight newborns.

The new center will provide all the necessary assistance to patients in one medical facility, the mayor said in the MACH messenger. "It is not enough for such babies to be monitored only by a pediatrician," he stressed.

Sobyanin recalled that the city's Early Aid project operates in Moscow, which is being implemented in four hospitals. Development centers are assigned to early care centers, where a multidisciplinary social protection team is involved in working with children. Together with the doctors, they form an individual support program for each child.

The offices of the consulting and diagnostic center and a day hospital are located in another renovated building of the Morozovskaya hospital.

Modern digital solutions have been implemented in both buildings, Sobyanin said. The buildings also have spacious waiting rooms with upholstered furniture, televisions, and game areas with bizboards.

Earlier, Sobyanin said that over the past year alone, the number of children who have been provided with high-tech treatment in city hospitals within the framework of the pediatrics profile has increased by 44%. He noted that the possibilities of pediatric medicine in Moscow are constantly expanding, and high technologies are being introduced into pediatric practice.
