Bus stops in Tyumen to be demolished due to copyright dispute
Tyumen may lose pavilions at bus stops. They will be dismantled and destroyed depending on the outcome of the court case. Maximus LLC believes that the pavilions were made on the basis of its project with copyright infringement.
IA " <url>", referring to the press service of the judicial system of the region, writes that the statement states that Maximus LLC has exclusive rights to the projects of bus shelters. The plaintiff learned about the holding of a tender for the conclusion of a contract for the supply of autopavillions. The winner was PC TM-Resource LLC. Maximus believes that the pavilions installed by the defendant contain signs of recycling at least one of the projects.
The plaintiff demands to dismantle the stops and destroy them. In addition, in his opinion, the mayor's office should not accept and pay for the contractor's work.
The government procurement website says that the cost of the contract for the supply of more than 30 pavilions is 59.8 million rubles. It must be executed by December 31, 2025.
Earlier it was reported that several schools in Tyumen decided to cancel the new assessment system. We are talking about a weighted average rating system.
