Ukrainian Armed Forces UAV attack on substation prevented in Ulyanovsk region
In the Ulyanovsk region, an attempt by unmanned aerial vehicles to attack an energy facility in the Veshkaymsky district was repelled. This was announced on November 17 by Governor Alexey Russian.
According to him, there are no casualties, and the power supply continues as normal.
"An attack by enemy UAVs on a substation in the Veshkaymsky district has been repelled. There are no casualties. Special services are working at the crash site," the governor said in his Telegram channel.
He stressed that the region's infrastructure is functioning smoothly.
Earlier, on November 16, it was reported that the air defense forces shot down 31 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles over the Russian regions in three hours. The agency clarified that the drones were intercepted in six regions, including Kursk, Belgorod, Tula and Oryol.
