Tusk commented on the damage to the railway in Poland
In the north-east of Poland, damage was discovered to the railway track on the section leading to the Dorohusk border crossing connecting Warsaw with Ukraine. Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk wrote on November 16 on the social network X that the incident could be an act of sabotage.
The driver reported a break in the tracks, which forced the train to stop. The police of the Masovian Voivodeship clarified that there were no casualties, and an investigation was underway.
"I am in constant contact with the Minister of the Interior regarding the destruction of a section of railway tracks. Perhaps we are talking about an act of sabotage," Tusk wrote on the social network X.
Earlier, on November 14, it was reported that Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk warned about the risks for Ukraine in the conflict with Russia due to corruption. He noted that corruption undermines the trust of Western partners and makes it more difficult to maintain international support for Kiev.
