The city of Horlivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) is completely de-energized, Mayor Ivan Prikhodko said on November 17.

"The city is de-energized. There are no forecasts," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

"We are pushing the enemy away from Horlivka so that they don't shell civilians."

Earlier, on November 6, it was reported that a local resident was injured in Gorlovka as a result of an attack by a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU). He received the necessary medical assistance, and the incident was confirmed by the mayor of the city, Ivan Prikhodko, and the head of the region, Denis Pushilin.
