The Ministry of Finance has expanded the list of services available with communication restrictions

The list of resources that remain available during the period of mobile Internet restrictions has been expanded to include government websites and other applications. This was announced on November 15 by the Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation on the website.

The ministry clarified that a list of Russian digital platforms has been formed, which at the second stage were included in the list of services and sites "available during periods of mobile Internet outages for security reasons."

The updated list includes the websites of government agencies — the State Duma, federal ministries, services and agencies, state information systems, the website of the Prosecutor General's Office and regional governments. The list also includes Russian Post, the Honest Sign digital labeling system, Russian Railways, the 2GIS navigation service and the Gismeteo weather resource.

"These applications and websites remain available during periods of restrictions," the ministry noted, adding that mobile operators have already set up the necessary access.

The list of digital platforms is formed taking into account the most demanded Russian Internet resources, as well as proposals from federal and regional authorities. The ministry stressed that the list will be expanded.
