Armenia will not extradite wanted businessman Ruben Tatulyan to Russia. This was announced on November 14 by the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic.

"Tatulyan was not taken into custody on the grounds that he is a citizen of the Republic of Armenia, therefore, he is not subject to extradition to a foreign state," the TASS department said.
