"According to the investigation, six defendants in the period from December 31, 2024 to August 31 of this year entered into intimate correspondence with a 13-year-old girl, and also committed sexual acts against her while in an apartment building on Zhukovsky Street and other places in St. Petersburg, as well as three of them. they had sexual relations with her," the message says.

Criminal punishment for indecent acts against a minor

Criminal proceedings have been initiated on the grounds of crimes under Part 3 of Article 134 of the Criminal Code (sexual intercourse with a person under the age of 14), Part 4 of Article 135 of the Criminal Code (lewd acts).

A RIA Novosti law enforcement source said that among the detainees was the father of a 13—year-old daughter, who was aware of everything that was happening, but did not take any measures.
