He noted that the role of superpowers is fundamental in the issues of non-proliferation of nuclear arsenal. According to the head of the IAEA, he will do everything possible to help reduce international tension around the issue of resuming nuclear testing, and also pointed out the importance of dialogue between Russia and the United States in this area.
