The fitness center will be built with support of the SPV mode in Vladivostok

A three-storey fitness center with an area of 1 thousand square meters will be built in Vladivostok in 2027. The project cost is estimated at 126.7 million rubles. Landscaping and parking construction are also provided.

According to Vasily Naumov, director of REFORM JIM, the building will have several specialized halls, a functional training area, locker rooms and a medical center, and rooms for storing sports equipment.

IA PrimaMedia, with reference to the press service of the Corporation for the Development of the Far East and the Arctic (KRDV), writes that the investment project is being implemented with the support of the SPV regime (Vladivostok Free Port). The resident status, which provides tax benefits, will allow more funds to be allocated for the purchase of modern equipment and infrastructure. 25 jobs will be created for the citizens. The main investments will be directed to the purchase of exercise equipment, including rowing and elliptical machines.

Alexey Dunaev, Director of the KRDV, drew attention to the fact that the support from the Corporation helps residents to focus on creating high-quality service. Thanks to administrative preferences and tax benefits, entrepreneurs can not only launch an enterprise in a short time and at lower cost, but also reinvest the saved funds in development.

The Primorye Investment Agency, the Vladivostok City Administration and the Ministry of Sports are assisting in the implementation of the project.

The KRDV reported that more than 1,800 SPV residents are already working in Primorsky Krai. They have created more than 53,000 jobs and invested about 570 billion rubles in the region's economy.

Earlier it was reported that Russia and China are in the process of discussing the first intergovernmental agreement on the establishment of an international territory of advanced development (MTOR). A new preferential treatment will be created in Sukhodol Bay in the Shkotovsky district of Primorye. A seaport is already operating there.
