Putin's trust rating was 77% among Russians surveyed.
The level of trust in Russian President Vladimir Putin among Russians was 77%. This is evidenced by the results of a survey conducted by the Public Opinion Foundation (POM) on November 14.
"77% of Russians declared confidence in Vladimir Putin (unchanged for the week). Also, the majority of the population (76% — minus 2 percentage points) is confident that he is doing his job well as head of state," the press service reports.
52% of respondents rated the government's work positively (plus 2 percentage points). Separately, 54% of respondents rated Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin (unchanged).
Among the political parties, the level of support for United Russia was 40% (minus 3 percentage points), the Communist Party — 8% (unchanged), the Liberal Democratic Party — 10% (plus 2 percentage points), Just Russia — 3% (unchanged from last week), New People — 3% (minus 1 percentage point). The survey was conducted from November 7-9 with the participation of 1.5 thousand Russians.
Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said in October that VTsIOM data, according to which 77.8% of Russians trust Putin and 80% trust Russian military personnel, are telling indicators. According to him, these indicators are independently measured. He added that these data indicate the consolidation of society around the president, as well as around the Armed Forces, which carry out the tasks assigned as part of the special military operation.
