The Russian economy, despite the difficult situation, has managed to recover fairly quickly, the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Elvira Nabiullina, said on November 14 during the Congress of Financiers of Kazakhstan 2025.

"The economy, despite the huge shocks <...>, recovered quite quickly," said the head of the regulator.
