Ukraine's decision to suspend the process of peace negotiations with Russia was taken recklessly, as it will negatively affect many humanitarian processes. This was announced on November 14 by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Russian Federation, Tatiana Moskalkova.

"This is a very reckless decision [by Ukraine to suspend negotiations with the Russian Federation], which could lead to an impasse on many humanitarian issues," RIA Novosti quoted her as saying.

On November 12, Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Kyslytsa announced that Ukraine had officially halted peace talks with Russia by the end of the year. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the termination of negotiations between Ukraine and Russia indicates that the Ukrainian side does not want to continue the conversation. At the same time, he noted that sooner or later the Kiev regime will still have to sit down at the negotiating table, but on much worse terms.
